| Job Duties: | Home Office and On Site responsibilities include material take off, labor cost estimating, material quotations, procurement, scheduling, contract negotiation, project management , change control, cost control, and labor management. |
| Qualifications: | Heavy Industrial, Refinery, Pharmaceutical, Biotech Experience Preferred.
Strong Work Ethic- willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Effective oral and written skills. Ability to freely access all points of a construction site. Organize work effectively and complete assignments timely. Valid Drivers License. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Accubid. |
